mainstream commercial property work, comprising acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and commercial landlord and tenant. Frequently his work involves advising international clients on Real Estate investments in London and elsewhere.
property development, including site assembly (often by way of option or conditional contract), planning and infrastructure advice, overage agreements and onward sales. Andrew also advises landowners on bringing sites forward for development.

acting for the liquidators of a BVI company on the sale of a development site in London for consideration in excess of £100 million
advising a developer of student accommodation on several mixed-use schemes in the South East and on the associated lettings to universities
advising on the acquisition of residential development sites for a house-builder client
advising FinTech clients on office relocations and expansions
acting for an offshore trust company on the disposal of a virtual freehold interest in a super-prime retail asset at what was then a market-leading yield of 1.7%/£8,000 per square foot
acting for a JV vehicle on the acquisition of a mixed-use development site in West London
